Exploring Unsupervised

During camp, we sometimes visit Quinta Do Lago and the shops to give juniors the opportunity to buy some souvenirs from their trip. Quinta Do Lago is a very safe resort and for some of our older juniors, parents are comfortable with their children exploring the town unsupervised. But to do so, we need your permission to allow us to let your child go out without supervision (for a limited time).

Boat Excursion

During The Winter Camp, we have one afternoon when the juniors do not play golf. This is to allow them to rest and is a good opportunity to discover the area. On this day, we organise a boat trip to visit the famous Alrgavian caves. Professional providers operate these trips and members of our team will supervise the juniors at all times. We kindly ask you to confirm if you are happy for your child to take part in this event and to confirm that they are comfortable spending time on a speedboat.

Any juniors not comfortable with this will be able to enjoy a game of mini-golf at Quinta Do Lago instead.

Media Permission

Lots of our activities focus on using digital media to support the learning of new golf technique (video analysis). This media, along with photos of our activities, will be shared with campers and families via our social media channels. Our website, Facebook page and other publications often feature pictures and stories about current campers. Photographs of campers may also appear in other Mypro Golf publications, including our camp brochure and advertisements. With this in mind, all campers require a media release permission to allow us to share these photos and videos and in order for the junior to fully participate in our camp activities. This is stated in our terms and conditions.

I parent/guardian of the junior named below, grant permission for Mypro Golf to use and publish details, images, audio or video footage of my child/children for promotional purposes on the camp’s social media, online channels (websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and other promotional media.

I understand that any details, images, videos or audio taken may be seen in a public environment including within and outside the United Kingdom.

I acknowledge that Mypro Golf is not obliged to include my child/children in any related promotional activities.
