Enter the St Andrews Boys' & Junior Ladies' Open and get a chance to play The Old Course
During the first week of The Masters Camp (31 July – 7 August), juniors will have the option to enter the St Andrews Boys’ & Junior Ladies’ Open. This 3-day tournament, organised by St Andrews Links, is played across the Eden, the Strathtyrum and the Old Course. It has a long tradition of providing a high level of competition for aspiring young golfers.
2 weeks of Elite Camp: more golf for better performance
14 hours of golf lessons
Juniors will receive plenty of individual coaching to gain a more in-depth insight into their swing. Using technologies such as Trackman and video analysis, improvement is guaranteed!
6 x 18 holes in St Andrews
Playing a different course each day, the juniors get to discover the beautiful courses of St Andrews. Friendly tournaments are organised throughout the week, in teams and individually.
2 hours of Sport psychology
Mental toughness is one of the key elements to performing at a high level. Juniors will take part in sports psychology sessions to make sure they leave with greater confidence and the tools to help them reach their goals.
3 hours of Strength & Conditioning
Power and injury prevention are two things every golfer should target. Movement screenings help identify areas to improve and how we can help juniors gain club-head speed, greater consistency and reduce their risk of injury in the years to come.
